Third Energy is not:

Third Energy is simply: the emotional, energetic, and relational field that forms when two or more people interact.

It’s what happens:

- when your timing overlaps (or doesn’t)
- when your clarity rhythms collide
- when unspoken pressure enters the room

Nothing has gone wrong, but something is happening. And when you understand this, everything changes.

“Why are you like this?”
